Street Team Moment - Pre 30 Seconds to Mars concert. Flag courtesy of EMI/30STM. A little of connotation... Street teams are done to promote a certain band. For 30 SECONDS TO MARS things are hectic. Street teamers (aka [Echelon]) are avid people who walk up and down streets and corners handing flyers, sticking posters on walls and weird and crazy places, talking to people... Not getting anything back. WELL, as a street teamer I can tell you I have received many great things back, but any of them can be touched - besides the material used, of course. In this show the street team was amazing. Those big flags were used for us to move around. It still makes me feel kinda proud seeing this photo. Some of us slept two or three hours, ate nothing more than half of a hamburger and spent hours standing and walking, even running. And it's one of those moments that will be told to my new generations as a happening that will remain within me, a little story of a day, as well as the other amazing and tired and mad and fast and utterly fab mornings/evenings/nights. ...and that's all. Just wanting to let you know a bit more about it  |
